This Privacy Notice applies only to the processing of Personal Information by P10 with respect to the Website.

Information You Provide to Us

We may obtain “Personal Information,” which is information that may identify you as an individual, that you provide to us directly. When you sign up for email alerts, we collect your email address.

The Website is not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information online from individuals under the age of 18. We disclose the categories of Personal Information with our service providers and other vendors, strategies and related companies, professional advisors, and external auditors. 

We do not “sell” Personal Information that we collect from you, in accordance with the definition of “Sale” under the CCPA. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell Personal Information of minors under the age of 16.

Right to access

You have the right to request that P10 disclose the categories of Personal Information collected, the categories of sources from which Personal Information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collection, the categories of third parties with which P10 shares Personal Information, and the specific pieces of Personal Information that P10 has about you. You also have the right to request that P10 provide your Personal Information to you in a readily useable format.

Right to request deletion

You have the right to request that P10 delete Personal Information that P10 collected from you. Note, however, that certain requests to delete Personal Information may be denied if P10 is required to retain the information as a matter of law, the information is necessary for detecting security incidents, exercising free speech, protecting or defending against legal claims, or for internal uses reasonably aligned with consumer expectations.

Right to non-discrimination

You will not receive discriminatory treatment by P10 as a result of your decision to exercise of these privacy rights. P10 does not offer financial incentives related to the provision of Personal Information.

You have the right to designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf.

This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that Personal Information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

Retention of Data

P10 will keep your Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which Personal Information is collected as stated herein or as may be permitted or required under applicable law; for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and P10, if any; and to comply with legal and statutory obligations, such as in tax, trade and corporate laws. To determine the appropriate retention period, we will consider the scope and sensitivity of the Personal Information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of the data; the purposes for which we process the data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means; and applicable legal requirements. When P10 no longer needs your Personal Information for our purposes, P10 will destroy, delete or erase that Personal Information or convert it into an anonymous form.

Security of Data

P10 will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information in our possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission via the Internet and online digital storage are not completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Website.

P10 reserves the right to change our privacy policies and this Privacy Notice at any time. We will indicate changes to this Privacy Notice by updating the “last updated” date at the beginning of the Privacy Notice.
