Ian McCulley, a Director at Enhanced Capital, will speak at Information Management Network’s (IMN) ESG & Decarbonizing Real Estate Forum in a panel on “How ESG is Providing Tailwinds for the Growth of C-PACE Financing” Tuesday, July 12^th at 3:15 pm PT in Dana Point, CA.

The panel will discuss a wide range of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) topics, including how C-PACE financing is fueled by ESG investments and how it’s being used to boost building performance, project returns, and sustainability.
