Luke Sarsfield is the Chairman of the Board, Director, and Chief Executive Officer at P10.

Prior to joining P10, Mr. Sarsfield worked at Goldman Sachs for over 23 years, where he held numerous senior leadership roles in asset management, including: Global Co-Head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Chief Commercial Officer of Asset and Wealth Management, and Global Co-Head of the Client Business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Sarsfield was a senior leader in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division, where he served as Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group, Global Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking, and Co-Head of the Healthcare Group in the Americas. Additionally, he served as a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Partnership Committee.

Mr. Sarsfield currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Montclair Kimberley Academy and Treasurer of the Board of Safe Horizon, the largest victim services agency in the United States. Mr. Sarsfield earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.

Amanda is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for managing the Firm’s financial operations, reporting, and cash management.

Amanda has been in asset management for over 20 years, serving as CFO, SEC reporting, and operational roles for private equity, hedge funds, and venture capital funds. Prior to joining P10, Amanda was CFO at PetroCap, White Deer Energy, and several micro-venture capital funds as a consulting CFO. Prior to these roles, Amanda served as Accounting Director for a large family office and a publicly traded asset manager, Sanders Morris Harris/Edelman Financial Group. She started her career as an audit manager at Grant Thornton for publicly traded energy, hospitality, and financial service firms.

Amanda received a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. She is an Independent Director at Granite Ridge Resources, (NYSE: GRNT), a publicly traded energy company. She serves as the Chairwoman of the Audit Committee, and is a member of the Conflicts Committee, the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, and the Compensation Committee. She is also a Board Member of the Texas Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association.

Mark is Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer for P10 and oversees our operations, data and technology, human resources, public relations, communications, and investor relations.

Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in capital markets and business operations. Prior to joining P10, he was COO at Bespoke Partners. He also served as COO at Globalscape, Inc. (NYSE American: GSB) and was on the executive team of Crossroads Systems where he led capital markets activities, corporate development, investor relations, and co-led intellectual property monetization strategy.

Mark earned an MS in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, and a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University.

Arjay Jensen is an Executive Vice President and the Head of Strategy and M&A at P10. He oversees the Firm’s corporate strategy and leads its corporate development and M&A activities.

Prior to joining P10, Arjay worked in investment banking for over 20 years focusing on M&A and other strategic and corporate finance transactions for financial services companies. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs on the Financial Institutions Group’s M&A team. Arjay rejoined Goldman Sachs after working at Guggenheim Securities and Perella Weinberg Partners respectively. He began his career in commercial banking at the Mercantile Bank of St. Louis.

Arjay earned a MBA from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar, and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Sarita is an Executive Vice President and the Global Head of Client Solutions. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of P10’s organic growth opportunities by deepening and expanding global investor relationships, product development, and augmenting the market positioning of P10 and its affiliated managers.

Sarita brings more than 20 years of institutional investment experience and leadership at world-class asset management firms. Sarita joined P10 from Blackstone, where she was a Managing Director within Blackstone’s Real Estate Institutional Client Solutions team. In her role, she led capital raising and investor relations efforts for Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”). Additionally, she was Global Co-Head of Blackstone’s Diverse Professionals Network and served on the Firmwide DEI Executive Committee. Prior to joining Blackstone, Sarita worked at Seix Investment Advisors, where she was a Managing Director overseeing investor relations and marketing activities for the firm’s Leveraged Finance platform. Before joining Seix, she was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, overseeing Credit Manager Research. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Sarita worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President within the Capital Markets group of the Investment Management Division.

Ms. Jairath currently serves on the Pediatric Council for Hospital for Special Surgery (“HSS”). Sarita earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Emory University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Alex is a Managing Partner of RCP, a member of the Investment Committee, and is active as an Advisory Board member of various underlying funds. Alex is responsible for the identification and analysis of potential fund investments within RCP’s core strategy and serves as the portfolio manager for the Firm’s SBIC fund-of-funds. In addition, Alex helps manage the Firm’s research efforts, as well as its customized investment solutions and advisory services. He has been involved in the private equity industry since 2001.

Prior to joining RCP, Alex founded Atlas Diligence, acquired by RCP, where he developed a unique research and advisory platform focused on advanced analytics and systematic due diligence. Prior to founding Atlas, Alex worked for BlackRock Private Equity Partners. At BlackRock PEP, he helped lead manager identification and due diligence on private capital fund opportunities as well as diligence on co-investment and secondary transactions. He previously worked at Quellos’s Private Capital Strategies Group, Hewlett Packard’s pension fund investment group, and Cagan McAfee Capital Partners.

Alex holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA, magna cum laude, in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Charlie is a Managing Partner and co-Founder of RCP. He is the Firm’s Chief Investment Officer. In addition, Charlie chairs the Investment Committee and is active as an Advisory Board member of various underlying funds. He has been involved in the private equity industry for 30 years.

Prior to founding RCP, Charlie was an Executive Vice President at Heller Financial, Inc., where he founded and managed the Capital Markets Group. He also served as Senior Managing Director at Heller Capital Management, the firm’s private equity investment business, where he oversaw a large portfolio of middle market buyout limited partnership interests and direct investments. In addition, Charlie has extensive prior experience in leveraged finance through capital markets positions with Security Pacific Corporation and the Bank of New York. Charlie is a trustee of the Merit School of Music and is active in other community and arts organizations in Chicago.

Charlie received a BA in History and Economics and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a CFA charterholder.

Dave is a Managing Partner and portfolio manager for RCP’s co-investment funds and maintains broader activities throughout the investment function. Dave is also on the Investment Committee and active as an Advisory Board member of various underlying funds and portfolio companies. He has been involved in the private equity industry since 1998.

Prior to joining RCP, Dave was a Partner at National City Equity Partners, the private equity/mezzanine arm of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. He has prior private equity experience at Thayer Capital Partners, operational experience at Suntron Corporation, an electronics contract manufacturer, and investment banking experience at BT Alex Brown.

Dave received a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jon is a Managing Partner of RCP. He is the portfolio manager for the Firm’s secondary investment activities and maintains broader activities throughout the investment function. Jon is a member of the Investment Committee and active as an Advisory Board member of various underlying funds. Jon has been involved in the private equity industry for nearly 20 years. He has been with RCP since the formation of RCP Fund II.

Prior to joining RCP, Jon worked for two middle market buyout funds. Jon also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Strategic Business Unit.

Jon received a BA in History from Emory University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Tom is a Managing Partner and co-Founder of RCP. He leads the manager research and investment sourcing function of the Firm, is a member of the Investment Committee, and serves as an Advisory Board member of various underlying funds. His responsibilities include the evaluation, monitoring, and ongoing relationship management of private equity fund managers. Tom has been involved in the private equity industry for over 20 years.

Prior to founding RCP, Tom was a Director of Aon’s Financial Sponsors Practice, where he was responsible for advising companies on financial, legal, and risk management issues surrounding the due diligence, structuring, and valuation of transactions primarily from a liability perspective.

Tom serves on the board of the Children’s Memorial Hospital Foundation and is a director of the Evans Scholars Foundation. He is also a board member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association, as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Small Business Investors Alliance. He is an active member of The Economics Club of Chicago, The Association for Corporate Growth, Chicago Area Limited Partners Association (CALPA), and The Commonwealth Club of Chicago. He is also formerly a member of the Young Presidents Organization.

Tom earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Mel has been investing in private equity for over 20 years and is also a seasoned entrepreneur.

Before founding TrueBridge with longtime friend Edwin Poston, Mel co-founded UNC Management Company (UNCMC), where he worked closely with the President/CIO to manage over $2 billion of endowment capital for the University of North Carolina, along with other North Carolina-based institutions. As part of the senior management team, Mel had primary portfolio management responsibility for all illiquid asset classes, including UNCMC’s venture portfolio. During his time at UNCMC, Mel formed strong ties with some of the industry’s top-performing managers, which he has continued to develop at TrueBridge.

Prior to UNCMC, Mel helped co-found two venture-backed companies. He also spent time as an entrepreneur-in-residence with Commonwealth Capital Ventures in Boston.

Throughout his career, Mel has served on the advisory boards of private capital partnerships. He has also spoken at a number of global private equity conferences and appeared as a guest lecturer at UNC and Duke University. In 2012, he was named an Honorary Kauffman Fellow by the Center for Venture Education, in appreciation of TrueBridge’s contribution and commitment to the Kauffman Fellows Program.

Early in his post-graduate career, Mel worked as a manager with both the General Electric Capital Company and the General Electric Corporate Audit Staff.

Mel received his MBA from Harvard University and his BA with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Edwin has invested in private equity for over 20 years, managing assets for foundation and endowments since the early 2000s.

Before founding TrueBridge with longtime friend Mel Williams, he worked as managing director and head of private equity at The Rockefeller Foundation, where he had responsibilities across the portfolio, including the oversight of its venture portfolio. As part of the Foundation’s senior management team, Edwin helped invest a $4 billion endowment in some of the venture industry’s top performing managers.

Prior to the Rockefeller Foundation, Edwin was the senior investment officer at Brandywine Trust, where he worked across the portfolio and was responsible for more than $4 billion in assets for high net worth families and foundations. During his time at both Brandywine and The Rockefeller Foundation, he grew a network of close relationships with venture capitalists and industry experts, which he has continued to foster and build at TrueBridge. Before his start in private equity investing at Fallingwater, LLC, Edwin worked as an investment banker at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities (Bank of America Securities) and as an opportunistic real estate investor in Washington, D.C.

In 2012, he was named an Honorary Kauffman Fellow by the Center for Venture Education, in appreciation of TrueBridge’s support of the Kauffman Fellows Program. He is a licensed attorney and a member of the investment committee for the Triangle Community Foundation. Previously, he served as the chair of the finance committee and the executive committee for the Board of Directors of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He serves on advisory boards for a number of venture capital and buyout funds.

Edwin received a JD/MBA from Emory University, where he was a Goizueta Scholar, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Andrew is a Partner and joined TrueBridge in May of 2019. He focuses on all aspects of the investment process and portfolio construction and management, including due diligence and industry analysis.

He joined TrueBridge following his work as a Vice President at Grotech Ventures, where he sourced and executed investments in software and technology companies while also serving as an active board observer for multiple portfolio companies.

Andrew previously worked as an associate at WestView Capital Partners, where he sourced and closed private equity investments. He started his career as an associate at Summit Partners.

Andrew earned a BBA, cum laude, in Finance and a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.

Krish Parikh is a partner and member of TrueBridge’s investment team focused on fund and direct investing across the firm’s platform.

He previously served as Head of Venture Capital Fund Investing at GIC, the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Singapore. In that role, he managed a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of global venture fund investments covering seed to late-stage growth strategies. He was also actively involved in direct investments and co-investments into high-growth startups within GIC’s venture portfolio.

Prior to his time at GIC, Krish was a partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, where he led the firm’s value creation team and scout fund, building and managing value-add services for Lightspeed portfolio companies. He previously served in roles at Box and Oracle, focusing on product strategy, strategic partnerships, and M&A. Krish holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Master of Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Amit works across the TrueBridge platform as a member of TrueBridge’s investment team but is particularly focused on the firm’s seed fund investment strategy.

Before joining TrueBridge, Amit was the head of the seed fund program at Bain Capital Ventures, where he worked with seed and pre-seed fund managers across fintech, SaaS, commerce, and infrastructure. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, he was a principal at 500 Startups and a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini.

Amit holds a JD from the University of a Virginia and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Whit is a Managing Partner of Five Points Capital and member of the Board of Managers and the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Five Points Capital in 2006, Whit held operations and marketing management positions at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a division of Danaher Corp. (NYSE: DHR). Most recently, he was Director of North America Point-of-Sale business. Prior to Danaher, Whit was Vice President – Corporate Development for FairPoint Communications, a portfolio company of Carousel Capital, Kelso & Company, and Thomas H. Lee Partners. During his tenure at FairPoint, Whit led direct investments in 17 companies totaling more than $700 million in value. Prior to FairPoint, he worked for Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. (BHC), an investment-banking firm specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions and private placements.

Outside of work, Whit enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons. Most of Whit’s free time involves family travel, hunting, golfing, and taking in sunny days at the North Carolina coast. Born and raised in North Carolina, Whit is a loyal Tar Heel and is an avid UNC sports fan. Whit also serves in various leadership capacities at local non-profits.

Whit received an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jonathan is a Managing Partner of Five Points Capital and member of the Board of Managers and the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Five Points Capital in 2002, Jonathan worked with Carousel Capital, a North Carolina-based private equity firm, where he invested equity capital and worked closely with the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to Carousel Capital, he worked for Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. (BHC), an investment-banking firm specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions. Before BHC, Jonathan worked in New York for Chase Securities in their asset-backed securities and syndicated lending groups.

​Outside of work, Jonathan spends time with his wife and three children boating, fishing, hunting, and skiing. Jonathan and his wife are active in the community, volunteering and serving in leadership positions with several local not for profit organizations. Jonathan currently serves as a Trustee of both the Crossnore School & Children’s Home and the Crossnore School Foundation. Jonathan holds or has held volunteer leadership positions with St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, RJR High School Boosters Club, YMCA Adventure Guides program, and Bethesda Center for the Homeless.

Jonathan received his MBA from The University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business, where he received the William Michael Shermet Award and the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence, and a BA in Economics with Minor Degree in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Marshall is a Managing Partner of Five Points Capital and member of the Board of Managers and the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Five Points Capital in 2014, Marshall worked for American Capital, formerly a publicly traded multi-billion dollar business development company, in its Dallas office. During his nine year tenure at American Capital, Marshall focused on originating and structuring middle market equity and debt investments while working closely with the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining American Capital, Marshall worked in New York for J.P. Morgan, focusing on M&A and financings for large cap, diversified industrial companies.

Outside of work, Marshall enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. He is an active member of his church, serving in a leadership role within its Finance Committee. He is a Dallas native, loyal Texan, and avid sports fan, including all things Georgetown basketball, SMU football, and Texas Rangers baseball.

Marshall received a BS in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.

Brad is a Partner of Five Points Capital and member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Five Points Capital in 2008, Brad worked for McColl Partners, an investment banking firm specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions that was later acquired by Deloitte Corporate Finance. Prior to McColl Partners, he worked at Bank of America Corporation as part of the Finance Management Analyst Program.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, serving in his church and community, and exploring the beaches and mountains of North Carolina. Given his weekend schedule typically includes cheering his kids on at swim meets or dance competitions, he has postponed any realistic hopes of developing his golf game or scheduling fishing trips. Brad is a lifelong fan of the Atlanta Braves and will almost never turn down an opportunity to watch a baseball game. He also enjoys supporting the UNC Tar Heels, especially when they take on any of their in-state rivals.

Brad received a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar.

Michael serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enhanced Capital Group LLC. Michael serves on the firm’s investment committees and Board of Directors.

Prior to becoming president, Michael served as the company’s senior vice president and general counsel, where he handled the company’s various legal matters, including government relations and corporate compliance issues. Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Michael practiced law for seven years in New Orleans and Minneapolis, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions. He clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Since joining Enhanced Capital, Michael has lectured extensively on capital formation programs and has testified before numerous state legislatures and other governmental institutions on related issues. Michael also has served on the boards of numerous civic, community, and charitable organizations, including as chairman of YPO’s Gotham Chapter. He is currently Chair of the Board of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Michael is a 1986 graduate of Vassar College and a 1993 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif (highest honors) and served as an editor of the Law Review.

Shane is Managing Partner of Enhanced Capital’s Impact Real Estate team. In this capacity, he co-heads the firm’s federal and state tax credit business lines and manages the firm’s Impact Real Estate department. Prior to co-heading the Impact Real Estate services business line, Shane was the Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw the firm’s accounting, finance, tax, and treasury functions.

Prior to joining Enhanced Capital in March 2006, he was an audit manager with Ernst & Young where he provided auditing and attestation services for both publicly traded and private entities.

Shane is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. He received his Masters in Professional Accountancy and a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2001 and 1999, respectively.

Richard is Managing Partner of Enhanced Capital’s Impact Real Estate team. In this capacity, he co-heads the firm’s federal and state New Markets Tax Credit business lines and manages the firm’s Impact Real Estate department.

Previously, Richard was an attorney in the corporate and securities section of Jones, Walker in New Orleans, LA.

He holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from the Louisiana State University of Law where he graduated Order of the Coif (highest Honors) and was a member of the Law Review.

Mark joined Enhanced Capital in 2005 and serves as Managing Partner. Based in Maryland, he oversees all operations for the Small Business Lending department. His responsibilities include managing members of the firm’s investment group and coordinating all Small Business Lending activities. Mark is an active multi-stage investor for the firm. He originates transactions, coordinates due diligence activities, executes transactions, and manages a diverse portfolio of investments across the country.

Mark serves on the investment committees of the firm’s investment funds and its Risk Oversight Committee. He provides financial and strategic planning to support Enhanced Capital portfolio companies and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies in software, new media, consumer goods, and other industries.

Prior to Enhanced, Mark spent six years in merchant banking, where he executed software and clean energy investments. He is an active angel investor focused on impact investments and has been the initial seed capital in several companies that leverage technology to provide measurable social impact. He is also involved in organizations that educate and mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Mark earned an undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University.

Doug Cruikshank is Managing Partner and Founder of Hark Capital. He has been with Hark Capital since co-founding it in 2012. Hark Capital provides non-dilutive loans to the portfolio companies of sponsors in situations that would typically require equity. The loans are based on the sponsor’s NAV, not the credit profile of the individual portfolio company.

Prior to joining Hark, Mr. Cruikshank was a Managing Director at Barclays and Lehman Brothers covering financial sponsor clients. Prior to that, he worked at Credit Suisse and JP Morgan doing leveraged finance, bank lending and private placements. Before earning his MBA, Mr. Cruikshank was a middle-market loan officer at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. after successfully completing its 9-month credit training program. Mr. Cruikshank received an A.B. from Princeton University and a M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Rafael Castro is a Partner at Hark Capital and has been with Hark since its inception. Mr. Castro is responsible for origination, execution, and asset management of Hark Capital’s investments.

Prior to Hark, Mr. Castro was Managing Director of Velocity Capital Advisors LLC, where he originated and managed a portfolio of corporate debt. Previously, Mr. Castro spent four years at Ableco Finance LLC, the private lending arm of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., where he managed a $450 million special situation loan portfolio. Mr. Castro also worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC World Markets and LabMorgan, JP Morgan’s e-finance venture capital group. Mr. Castro received an A.B. from Harvard University and a M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Rich Davis is a Partner at Hark Capital and has been with Hark since its inception. Mr. Davis is responsible for origination, execution, and asset management of Hark Capital’s investments.

Prior to joining Hark, Mr. Davis was a Vice President at GarMark Partners, where he focused on investing a $330 million fund in private debt and equity investments. Previously, Mr. Davis was a Consultant at Wind Point Partners and a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Davis received a B.S. from the University of Illinois and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Davis holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Ajay has overall responsibility for the Bonaccord business and is a member of Bonaccord’s investment committee.

Prior to forming Bonaccord, Ajay was a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, where his activities focused on strategic development within alternatives. Previously, Ajay was a Managing Director and Head of Europe for Swiss Re’s Equity and Fund-Linked Group. Ajay spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley, where he held a variety of roles spanning Capital Markets and Investment Banking in both London and New York.

​Ajay earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Brad has a principal focus on management and development of the BCP business and is a member of Bonaccord’s investment committee.

Prior to forming Bonaccord, he was a Director at Guggenheim Partners, where his activities focused on strategic development within alternatives. Previously, Brad was a Vice President in Swiss Re’s Equity and Fund-Linked Group. He began his career as an Investment Associate at Bridgewater Associates.

​Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Language and Culture from Columbia University.

Farhad leads Bonaccord’s underwriting and execution efforts and is a member of Bonaccord’s investment committee.

Prior to forming Bonaccord, Farhad was a Director at Guggenheim Partners, where his activities focused on strategic development within alternatives. Previously, Farhad was a Vice President in Swiss Re’s Equity and Fund-Linked Group. Earlier in his career, Farhad held positions in investment banking and equity structuring at Bank of America and Morgan Stanley in London.

​Farhad earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Maurice joined WTI in 2001 and is currently Chairman, having served as CEO of the firm from 2009 to 2021. His background includes positions as a Venture Partner at Outlook Ventures, an early stage venture firm, and Chief Investment Officer at MetaMarkets, an online mutual fund company. Maurice also founded and served as CEO of Left at Albuquerque, a venture-backed chain of restaurants. Prior to business school, Maurice worked in corporate finance at Robertson Stephens. Maurice holds both a BA and MBA from Stanford University and is a member of the Stanford Board of Trustees.

David joined WTI in 2000. Prior to that, he held marketing, business development, and legal positions with VeriSign, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, and Los Alamos National Laboratories. David holds a BS from the University of Kansas, an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, and a JD from Santa Clara University. He is a member of the California State Bar.

Dave joined WTI as an Investment Partner in 2008 and he is based in Silicon Valley.  Before joining WTI, Dave held senior positions at Silicon Valley Bank, Fortress Investment Group and Meier Mitchell/GATX Ventures in the US, as well as at GATX’s London-based venture lending business, GATX/ETV. He holds a B.A. from Duke University.

Prior to joining WTI in 2011, Rudy founded or led a number of venture backed startups. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of scanR Inc., a mobile productivity service company, Vice President of Business Development with iMediation S.A., an enterprise software company, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development with Internet Pictures Corporation Inc., a provider of content infrastructure. Rudy also held a variety of venture, finance, and strategic planning positions with Intel Corporation. Rudy holds a BS in Finance and Economics from San Jose State University.

Eric Halverson is a Founding Partner at Qualitas Funds. In 2015, Eric, together with Sergio García, founded Qualitas Funds, the management company that replaced Qualitas Equity Partners.

Prior to founding Qualitas Funds, Eric founded Qualitas Equity Partners in 2003 with Iñigo Olaguíbel. Eric has led the direct investments of Azuvi, BRRA, Forte and Grupo Garnica and served as member of the Board of Directors in Garnica, a highly successful QEP Private Equity portfolio company. Before founding Qualitas Equity Partners, Eric worked at UBS Capital as Investment Director, where he led investments worth over €400 million in value, and at the Corporate Finance department of UBS Warburg, advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Eric began his career at McKinsey & Co. as an Associate providing management consulting services to large companies in Spain and Scandinavia.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Cornell University, and Masters’ Degrees from Cambridge University and Harvard University.

Sergio García is a Founding Partner at Qualitas Funds. In 2015, Sergio, together with Eric Halverson, founded Qualitas Equity Funds, the management company that replaced Qualitas Equity Partners.

Prior to founding Qualitas Funds, Sergio joined Qualitas Equity Partners in 2006, focusing on buyouts in Spain. He was actively involved in the acquisition of Grupo Garnica and BRRA and served as member of the Board of Directors in Bellsola, BRRA and Grupo Garnica. Before joining Qualitas Equity Partners, Sergio served as Head of Corporate Planning at Uralita Group since 2002, where he participated in the restructuring of the group. At Uralita, he worked in the development of different strategic plans and M&A transactions for a total consideration of approximately €350 million. Prior to that, he worked for six years in consulting at McKinsey & Co. as part of the Corporate Finance and Strategy practice in Spain, Europe and LATAM. Sergio started his career as an auditor in Arthur Andersen in Madrid and worked in Investment Banking in Goldman Sachs in London.

Sergio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.

Javier Alemán is a Partner at Qualitas Funds. Javier joined Qualitas Funds in 2019 as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Qualitas Funds, Javier founded PlanetUs, a technology startup that he managed for 3 years until its sale in the year. Previously, Javier worked for more than ten years at Altamar Private Equity, where he held different management positions in the areas of Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, and Operations & Technology. Before that, Javier spent more than five years in Ireland and the United Kingdom working in high responsibility positions at Citibank and Merrill Lynch.

Javier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He also obtained the CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) certification in Madrid in 2002, the title of Specialist in Mutual Funds in Dublin in 2003 and the Investment Management Certificate (approved by the FSA) in London in 2004.

Tracey is a successful organizational leader and seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of financial services experience. As a former Partner from Goldman Sachs, Ms. Benford oversaw the Global Markets Division for the Midwest, Southwest and Canada, while managing some of the firm’s largest alternative asset managers, pension funds and insurance companies. During her tenure at Goldman Sachs, she also served as a member of the Global Executive Committee for Global Markets and the Partnership Committee. Notably, Ms. Benford was selected to help launch One Goldman Sachs’ (OneGS) program focused on creating cross-divisional strategies to provide a more comprehensive and integrated approach to serving the global client franchise.

Tracey received a BS Degree, graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors, in Mathematical Methods and Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Mr. Barnes is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Capital Markets, serving on the Investment Banking Management Team at Barclays, a multinational universal bank.

Previously, he was the global head of Debt Capital Markets and Risk Solutions Group, which also included Securitized Products Origination, Sustainable Capital Markets, Loan Capital Markets and Global Finance Advisory. Mr. Barnes is the Chair of Barclays’ Americas Citizenship Council.

He is based in New York and has worked at Barclays since 2006. He started his career at Morgan Stanley and worked in Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions, based in New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Barnes received a B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics and English from Lafayette College in 1998.

Stephen is the co-founder of Youth.Work.Connect, a mission-based organization, founded in 2024. It was created to help high school youth from underserved communities build social capital to promote economic mobility.

Previously, Mr. Blewitt served as the Chief Investment Officer (Private Markets) and Head of Private Markets at Manulife Investment Management from October 2018 to June 2023, where he was responsible for leading global investment teams across a wide range of asset classes, including private equity and credit, real estate, infrastructure, timber, and agriculture. Prior to that, Mr. Blewitt led Manulife’s private equity and credit business in the U.S. for almost 20 years.

Stephen earned his B.A. from the University of Chicago and received his M.B.A. from Boston University.

Jennifer is the Chief Financial Officer of Towerbrook Capital Partners, a position she has held since 2005.

Previously, Ms. Glassman was a partner and CFO at Soros Private Equity, and she also served in a variety of financial control and reporting roles for Soros Fund Management LLC. Prior to joining Soros, Ms. Glassman was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where she worked in the Financial Services Business Assurance practice for over seven years.

Jennifer is a certified public accountant and earned her B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Scott is a co-founder of Keystone Capital Management, a Chicago-based investment firm, where he has served as the Managing Partner since 2017. He also currently serves as a director of CONSOR Engineers, an infrastructure engineering firm; VDA, a building sciences consultancy; Clearwater, a water operations and management company; Inspire 11, a leading digital transformation and data analytics firm and Merge, a full-service marketing agency.

Prior to founding Keystone, Scott was with Madison Dearborn Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm, and Kidder, Peabody & Company, a New York-based Investment Banking firm.

Scott received a BS degree in finance from the University of Virginia and a MBA from Northwestern University.

Robert is the former President of Acacia Research Corporation, an industry leader in patent licensing. Mr. Stewart was an executive at Acacia for over two decades, helping to deliver hundreds of millions of dollars of value to Acacia’s patent partners.

Mr. Stewart received a BS degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has extensive experience in intellectual property, patent licensing, financial and public markets.
